Privacy policy
This policy explains what [Your registered business name] ("we") collects when you use MRP Lab, and why.
Your pricing figures stay on your device
Costs, channel terms, competitor prices and everything else you enter in the calculator are saved in your browser's local storage on your device. They are not sent to our servers, with one exception: if you ask us to read a competitor's product link, that link is sent to our server so it can open the page, and is not stored. If you clear your browser data, they are deleted; use Save in the full version to keep a copy as a file.
What we collect when you buy
- Name, email, mobile number, and optionally your business name, to process your order, send your licence key and issue invoices.
- Payment status and a payment reference from Razorpay. Razorpay processes the payment itself under its own privacy policy; we never receive your card, UPI or bank details.
- Your licence key, its expiry date, and anonymous identifiers for the devices you sign in on, to enforce the device limit.
Cookies
After you sign in we set one essential cookie that keeps you signed in on that device until your licence ends. We do not use advertising cookies.
How we use and share your information
Only to deliver and support your purchase: sending your key, answering support requests, issuing invoices and meeting tax and legal obligations. We share it only with the service providers that make this possible (Razorpay for payments, our hosting provider, and our email provider), and with authorities where the law requires. We do not sell your information.
How long we keep it
Order and invoice records are kept for as long as Indian tax law requires. Device identifiers are deleted when your licence ends.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete your personal information, subject to records we must keep by law. Write to support@yourdomain.in; we reply within 30 days.
