Refund and cancellation policy
7-day full refund
If MRP Lab does not work for you, write to support@yourdomain.in from the email you bought with, within 7 days of payment, with your payment ID or licence key. We refund the full amount. You don't need to give a reason.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the original payment method through Razorpay. We start the refund within 2 working days of your request; your bank or card issuer usually credits it within 5–7 working days after that. Your licence key stops working when the refund is made.
After 7 days
Payments are not refundable after 7 days, except where we cannot provide the service as described or where the law requires a refund.
Cancellation
There is no subscription and nothing renews automatically, so there is nothing to cancel. Your access ends on the expiry date shown in your purchase email unless you choose to renew.
Payment problems
If money left your account but you did not get a licence key, write to us with the payment ID. Razorpay normally reverses failed payments automatically within 5–7 working days.
