Terms of use
MRP Lab is an online pricing calculator run by [Your registered business name], [Registered address, City, State, PIN] ("we", "us"). By buying or using MRP Lab you agree to these terms.
What you buy
A licence to use the full MRP Lab calculator in a web browser for twelve months from the date of payment, on up to 3 devices, together with updates to the calculator's data and features during those twelve months. The licence is for you or your business and may not be resold or shared publicly.
Price and payment
- The price is ₹1,999 for twelve months. During our launch, the first 100 buyers pay ₹999. The amount you will pay is always shown before you pay.
- Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not receive or store your card, UPI or bank details.
- Nothing renews automatically. You can renew for ₹1,999 for a further twelve months at any time.
Access and licence keys
Your licence key is shown on screen after payment and sent to the email you gave. Keep it private. You are responsible for activity under your key. We may suspend a key that is shared publicly or used on more devices than the licence allows, after writing to you.
Your data
The figures you enter are stored in your own browser and are not sent to us. See the privacy policy.
Competitor price check
When you paste a link to a competitor's product page and ask for its price, MRP Lab opens that one page once, on your behalf, and reads the product name, brand and price. Paste only links to public product pages. We do not read marketplace pages (such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa, Blinkit or Zepto), we do not read pages a site's robots.txt asks automated tools to avoid, we never sign in or get past a block, and we do not keep or publish what we read. Check the figures against the page before relying on them.
Estimates, not advice
MRP Lab calculates prices from the figures you enter and from typical industry and platform figures that we review periodically. Platform fees, GST rates and Legal Metrology rules change, and may differ for your product, HSN code or contract. Results are estimates to support your decisions. They are not legal, tax, accounting or financial advice. Confirm GST rates and label requirements with a qualified professional before relying on them.
Availability
We aim to keep MRP Lab available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. If the service is unavailable for more than seven consecutive days during your licence, write to us and we will extend your licence by the time lost.
Refunds

Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim about MRP Lab is limited to the amount you paid for your current licence. We are not liable for indirect losses, including lost profit or sales, arising from pricing decisions made using the calculator.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force when you pay applies to that purchase.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Ahmedabad have jurisdiction over any dispute.
